Refund & Returns Policy

1. Digital Services
My Next Digital provides digital marketing services including SEO, PPC management, social media marketing, web design, and app development. Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are considered final once work has commenced on your project.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Services have not yet been started and you cancel within 48 hours of payment
- My Next Digital fails to deliver the agreed scope of work within the agreed timeframe
- A billing error has occurred (duplicate charge or incorrect amount)
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable once work has begun:
- SEO campaigns and link building packages
- PPC campaign setup and management fees (ad spend is controlled by Google/Meta and not refundable)
- Social media content that has already been created or scheduled
- Website design or app development once the project is in progress
- Any third-party costs paid on your behalf (ad spend, domain registrations, software licences)
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@mynextdigital.com within 7 days of the relevant invoice date. Include your invoice number, the service in question, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
5. Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. My Next Digital reserves the right to deduct any costs already incurred for work completed prior to the refund request.
6. Subscription & Retainer Cancellations
Monthly retainer agreements require 30 days written notice to cancel. You will not be charged for the period following your cancellation notice, provided notice is received before the next billing cycle.
